This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and brings strong technical accounting expertise. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in month-end close, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and supporting operational leaders with accurate financial insights.</p> <p class="x_MsoNormal"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li class="x_MsoListParagraph">Lead and execute month-end and year-end close processes</li> <li class="x_MsoListParagraph">Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations</li> <li class="x_MsoListParagraph">Maintain the general ledger and ensure compliance with GAAP</li> <li class="x_MsoListParagraph">Analyze financial results and provide variance explanations to management</li> <li class="x_MsoListParagraph">Support budgeting and forecasting activities</li> <li class="x_MsoListParagraph">Collaborate cross-functionally with teams throughout the organization to support key initiatives and processes</li> <li class="x_MsoListParagraph">Identify opportunities to streamline processes</li> </ul> <p class="x_MsoNormal"><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li class="x_MsoNormal">Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field</li> <li class="x_MsoListParagraph">4–7 years of accounting experience</li> <li class="x_MsoListParagraph">Experience with Great Plains (Microsoft Dynamics GP) required</li> <li class="x_MsoListParagraph">Strong understanding of GAAP</li> <li class="x_MsoListParagraph">Advanced Excel skills</li> <li class="x_MsoListParagraph">Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills</li> <li class="x_MsoListParagraph">Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities</li> <li class="x_MsoListParagraph">Experience in multi-location retail, entertainment, or hospitality environments is a plus</li> </ul> <p>Please note this role is at our Los Angeles Corporate Office in West Hollywood.</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$85,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$95,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p style="text-align: left;"><strong>This is an Onsite Position</strong></p> <p><strong>FOR CALIFORNIA APPLICANTS ONLY:&nbsp;</strong>Please read and review our <a href="https://www.landmarktheatres.com/applicant-ca-notice/">Notice to California Applicants.</a></p></div>
