The role encompasses budget oversight, regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive work environment to support staff morale and enhance patient satisfaction, contributing to the overall success and reputation of the clinic.</p> <p><strong>DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <p>The Clinic Manager I job description is intended to point out major responsibilities within the role, but it is not limited to these items.</p> <ul> <li>Directs, supervises, coordinates specific functions and activities of clinic, including systems, policies and procedures, human resources, support services.</li> <li>Facilitates the employment, development, and management of employees.</li> <li>Promotes the provision of cost-effective, high-quality health care services to patients.</li> <li>Cooperates with medical and administrative staff to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.</li> <li>Reviews operational problems / policies and recommends solutions and changes to the Medical Director, Regional Manager, or VP of Operations.</li> <li>Collaborates with Operations Leadership in the preparation and implementation of quarterly budgets. Recommends funding based on knowledge of policies, costs, and operating practices.</li> <li>Represents clinic at public and professional meetings and conferences.</li> <li>Participate in clinic communication and public relations programs in collaboration with marketing.</li> <li>Maintains professional affiliations and enhances professional development to keep pace with the trends in health care.</li> </ul> <p><strong>EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE</strong></p> <p><strong>(</strong><strong>LICENSURES AND CERTIFICATIONS)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree (4+ additional years of comparable work experience beyond the required years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a bachelor’s degree)</li> <li>1+ years of healthcare administration experience</li> <li>1+ years of supervisory experience</li> <li>Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred but not required)</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES</strong></p> <ul> <li>Computer literacy in Excel, word, outlook, PowerPoint, Electronic Medical Records</li> <li>Knowledge of health care administration, clinic philosophy and policies, operating procedures, and fiscal management systems</li> <li>Knowledge of governmental regulations and reimbursement standards.</li> </ul> </div> </div> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><div>As an Equal Opportunity Employer, we welcome and employ a diverse employee group committed to meeting the needs of NeueHealth, our consumers, and the communities we serve.
