This position is a remote/virtual position working from a home office.&nbsp; Please note, we are requiring candidates reside in Mountain or Pacific time zones for this role or have the ability to support those business hours.</span></p> <p><strong>Role and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ensures timely processing of customer orders meeting service-level agreement standards</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Issues accurate purchase orders to vendors</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Track all product related line items (hardware, software, maintenance, etc.) for proof of delivery and follow up with vendors for all unfulfilled items.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Reconcile vendor invoicing discrepancies</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Work closely with different sales groups to ensure that all transactional contracts are complete, accurate, and meet all internal booking requirements&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Communicates effectively and professionally with internal and external partners</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Other duties as assigned</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Position Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">BA/BS in Business Administration or equivalent work experience</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">2-3 years' purchasing experience, or relevant roles</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Demonstrates a willingness to learn and use AI-enabled tools</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Attention to detail is a must</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Analytical and critical thinker</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to collect and analyze data efficiently</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Possesses the ability to self-manage and adapt to changes, delays, or unexpected shifts in priorities while maintaining focus and productivity in a fast-paced environment</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to work a flexible work schedule is required</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Excellent verbal and written communication skills</span></li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>We use Greenhouse Software as our applicant tracking system and Zoom Scheduler for HR screen request scheduling.
