<div class="jd-section-employer"> <div class="jd-description-text"> <p><strong>Summary of Role: </strong></p> <p>The Multi Unit Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence, sales performance, and team development across a portfolio of stores. This role ensures consistent brand standards, delivers strong financial results, and fosters a positive customer experience. The Multi Unit Manager partners closely with Store Managers and cross-functional leaders to execute company initiatives, strengthen store operations, and build high-performing teams that support sustainable growth.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong><strong><br></strong></p> <p><strong>Operational Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensure operational excellence and consistency across all stores in the assigned market.</li> <li>Conduct regular store visits to review performance, brand standards, and opportunities for improvement.</li> <li>Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational expectations.</li> <li>Oversee the execution of new initiatives, product launches, and operational updates.</li> <li>Perform weekly in store audits to ensure compliance and accuracy</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Sales &amp; Financial Performance&nbsp;</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Drive sales growth and profitability across assigned locations.</li> <li>Analyze store performance metrics, including labor, inventory, COGS, and P&amp;L results.</li> <li>Develop action plans to support improvement in underperforming stores.</li> <li>Optimize labor scheduling, inventory management, waste reduction, and overall cost control.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Leadership &amp; Staff Development</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Lead, mentor, and inspire Store Leaders and their teams.</li> <li>Recruit, hire, train, and retain strong management talent.</li> <li>Provide coaching and create development plans to build management capability.</li> <li>Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-accountability culture.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Customer Experience</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Ensure all locations consistently deliver exceptional customer service.</li> <li>Review customer feedback and experience metrics to identify improvements.</li> <li>Support stores in resolving escalated customer issues and concerns.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Compliance &amp; Safety</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Ensure stores adhere to all safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.</li> <li>Maintain compliance with labor laws, health regulations, and company policies.</li> <li>Uphold proper food handling and workplace safety procedures across all locations.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Communication &amp; Collaboration</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Act as the primary liaison between store teams and district leadership.</li> <li>Provide regular updates on operational performance, opportunities, and market needs.</li> <li>Collaborate with other Multi Unit Managers to ensure company-wide brand consistency.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>3–5+ years of multi-unit management experience in retail, food service, hospitality, or a similar industry.</li> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.Strong leadership and people management skills.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.</li> <li>Proven ability to analyze data, interpret financial reports, and make informed decisions.</li> <li>Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to act quickly and effectively.</li> <li>Adaptable to a fast-paced, multi-location environment.</li> <li>Knowledge of industry-specific policies, procedures, and safety standards.</li> <li>Ability to travel regularly within assigned locations.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Technical Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with P&amp;L oversight, leadership development, and operational rollouts.</li> <li>Relevant certifications (Food Safety, ServSafe, etc.) required.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) benefits eligible</li> <li>Acrrued Paid Time Off (Up to 2 weeks per year)</li> <li>Commuter benefits</li> <li>A free Chip City cookie and beverage each shift</li> <li>50% Off Employee Discount</li> <li>Opportunity for career growth!
