Senior Living Home Care RN Manager at Bayada

<p>BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of<strong>&nbsp;Nurse Manager</strong> for our <strong>Wilmington, MA&nbsp;</strong>Medicare Certified Senior Living office. This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric clients throughout the North Boston area territory.</p> <p><strong>Details</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Location: Wilmington, MA</li> <li>Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5PM.</li> <li><strong>Competitive compensation package</strong></li> </ul> <ol> <ul> <li><strong>Base Salary:</strong>&nbsp;$95,000-$100,000 year depending on qualifications</li> <li><strong>Bonus potential:</strong>&nbsp;Quarterly bonus incentives eligible to earn up to $3,000 per a quarter</li> </ul> </ol> <p>BAYADA offers a comprehensive benefits plan that includes the following:</p> <ul> <ul> <li>Paid holidays, vacation and sick leave.</li> <li>Vision, dental and medical health plans.</li> <li>Employer paid life insurance, 401k with company match, direct deposit and employee assistance program.</li> <li>Field mileage reimbursement.</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>As a HHMC Nurse Manager your day may look like this!</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.</li> <li>Work closely with the Rehab Manager (where applicable), Director, and DCO to ensure cohesive and consistent management of all field staff.</li> <li>Review all clinical documentation to ensure consistent, accurate, high-quality services.</li> <li>Work with other office team members to ensure that the most appropriate clinicians are assigned to each client.</li> <li>Ensure development, implementation and updates to the client’s individualized plan of care based on continual assessment of the client.</li> <li>Coordinate client care, referrals and act as internal case manager and client advocate.
