<p><span data-contrast="auto">We are seeking an individual with a strong retail selling background, public speaking experience, refined artistry skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire others. Previous luxury beauty experience is required. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">WHAT YOU DO:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Educate Account Executives and Freelance team on product knowledge, artistry, and selling techniques to achieve sales goals.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Partner with Vice President of Artistry and Training to develop successful in-store events.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Spend time in store to reinforce product knowledge, sales techniques and clientele systems.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Partner with Account Executives to plan store events, new product knowledge, artistry skills and recruitment.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Serve as a spokesperson for the brand, planning and appearing at in-store events including press events.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Work with Counter Managers and Store Leadership to implement strategies to drive the business at each point of sale.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Build solid relationships with internal teams, retailers including counter staff and cast members.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Represent brand at new store openings and store events.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Assist in the development of training materials to meet local market needs.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Achieve personal sales goals during global store events.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Present on stage at Nordstrom trend shows.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Conduct masterclasses worldwide and adapt artistry skills to audience.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">High energy and outstanding ability to sell and communicate.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Collaborate with global teams and demonstrate adaptability to any situation.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>

<p><span data-contrast="auto">The expected base salary range for this position is $100,000.00 to $115,000.00. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
