<div class="content-intro"><p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p></div><h2><strong>Position Summary</strong></h2> <p>The IT Transformation Intern supports enterprise technology initiatives by helping integrate change management practices into IT implementation projects, including communications, training, documentation, and user adoption activities.</p> <p>This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual interested in technology transformation, project delivery, organizational design, and the application of AI tools to enhance business outcomes.</p> <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <h3>1. Change Management &amp; User Adoption Support</h3> <ul> <li>Assist in identifying impacted stakeholders, business processes, and user groups for IT implementations</li> <li>Support development of change management deliverables including:</li> <ul> <li>Communication plans</li> <li>Training materials and user guides</li> <li>SOPs and process documentation</li> </ul> </ul> <h3>2. IT Implementation &amp; Project Support</h3> <ul> <li>Assist project teams with planning, documentation, and coordination of IT implementation activities</li> <li>Participate in requirements gathering, workflow documentation, and testing activities</li> <li>Document current-state and future-state processes using structured frameworks</li> <li>Support development of process maps, workflows, and business process documentation</li> </ul> <h3>3.
