This role&nbsp;assists&nbsp;surgeons during all phases of treatment,&nbsp;assists&nbsp;with&nbsp;managing&nbsp;medications, performs IV starts and patient monitoring, and oversees infection control and emergency readiness. The LPN ensures&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;documentation, coordinates pre- and post-operative communications, and helps&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;supplies, equipment, and chart compliance.
