Lead, Strategy & Operations - CashNetUSA (Hybrid) at Enova International

However, we are not able to sponsor visas or take over sponsorship at this time.</em></strong></p> <p><strong>About the role:</strong></p> <p>As a Lead within our Strategy &amp; Operations department, you will directly support the CashNetUSA P&amp;L and tackle projects that ensure Enova is operating at peak performance, and continuously improving to provide the best possible experience for our hardworking customers. Projects can range from short-term immediate impact projects, like automating a business process, to long term strategic initiatives, such as a new product launch. The best part? That means you can make your mark.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own and manage initiatives that focus on driving new projects, processes improvements and customer experience enhancements.</li> <li>Own end to end projects from initial recommendation and scoping through implementation/execution and assurance of successful business impact.</li> <li>Serve as a senior resource of the S&amp;O team and be responsible for driving high impact projects.</li> <li>Build and cultivate relationships with cross-functional teams and leaders throughout the organization.</li> <li>Anticipate bottlenecks, provide leadership around problem solving, prioritize and execute projects, balance business needs vs. technical constraints, and drive bottom line results.&nbsp;</li> <li>Evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate with external partners and collaborate with internal tech development teams to ensure that projects meet business requirements.</li> <li>Run ad hoc projects that are often data intensive and require comfort with numbers to make decisions.</li> <li>Lead and mentor team members</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance. Our S&amp;O team comes from a variety of backgrounds but are successful because of their ability to problem solve and think analytically.</li> <li>MBA strongly preferred.</li> <li>8+ years of tangible work experience dealing with process improvement, management consulting or data analytics specifically in credit risk and or collections discipline.</li> <li>3+ years of SQL or similar experience using large datasets.</li> <li>Experience leveraging data to drive business decisions.&nbsp;</li> <li>Demonstrate strong analytical thinking through excellent written and oral communication skills.</li> <li>Skilled in negotiating, influencing others, analytical thinking, leading others, and executing and implementing projects.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p> <p>The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $97,200 to $140,400. Actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown. Additional compensation for this role may include a bonus and restricted stock units.
