The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for multiple key customers. Overseeing the execution of orders from PO acceptance to delivery. This role requires managing customer relationships, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring program deliverables are met on time.  What you'll own: <ul> <li>Act as the primary liaison between customers and the company, ensuring all stakeholders are in alignment with order requirements </li> <li>Manage the full program lifecycle, from contract acceptance to delivery </li> <li>Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, supply chain, and finance to ensure on-time delivery </li> <li>Develop and maintain program schedules </li> <li>Track and report program status to customers</li> <li>Work with customers on improving our supplier score cards </li> <li>Support estimating with proposal development for new and follow-on business opportunities </li> <li>Manage change orders & scope adjustments  </li> <li>Foster long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and future business growth</li> </ul> What you'll bring to the team: <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (10+ industry experience acceptable in lieu of degree). </li> <li>Minimum 3 years of program management experience in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing. </li> <li>Strong knowledge of wire harness/cable assembly manufacturing processes and documentation. </li> <li>Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. </li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). </li> <li>Ability to manage multiple programs, deadlines, and customers simultaneously. </li> <li>High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Experience working in a fast-paced environment.</li> </ul> Bonus Points:  <ul> <li>Experience with ERP/MRP systems for program tracking and reporting. </li> <li>Knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards and aerospace electrical requirements. </li> <li>Previous experience handling multiple customer accounts simultaneously. </li> <li>PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.</li> </ul> Compensation:   <ul> <li>Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.  </li> <li>Salary Range: $80,000-$120,000 </li> <li>This is an onsite role at our headquarters in Redondo Beach, CA or Cypress,CA. </li> </ul> Benefits:   <ul> <li>Unmatched opportunities to drive impact on a friendly and mission-driven team  </li> <li>Own a piece of the pie with equity participation!   </li> <li>Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life and long-term disability coverage  </li> <li>Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Dependent Spending Account (DSA) for health-related expenses  </li> <li>20 vacation days per year and 12 company holidays for rest and relaxation</li> <li>a 401(k) plan to set yourself up for retirement</li> <li>Choose a record you love, and we’ll add it to our growing vinyl collection!  </li> <li>$50/month DoorDash credit – lunch is on us!   </li> <li>Up to $100/month reimbursement for gym memberships   </li> <li>Fully stocked kitchen with snacks and beverages  </li> <li>Regular team-building events, lunches, and the occasional breakfast burrito!   </li> <li>Bright, open office with communal spaces for collaboration and free parking  </li> <li>Conveniently located near the metro, major freeways and local dining spots  </li> </ul> We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
