The Business Analyst will work with all areas of the organization to develop, document, and communicate detailed business requirements that describe the business need and solution scope in addition to providing quality analysis and testing expertise. This position will interact and drive consultative conversations across all areas of the organization. This is an operational role, requiring attention to detail, stakeholder interactions, and management of expectations within business and technical teams.  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (including the following). Maintain an understanding of regulations and other external drivers that may affect the organization. </li> </ul> <ul> <li data-leveltext="·" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="2" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"·","469777815":"hybridMultilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="14" data-aria-level="1">Responsible for compliance with the Fair and Accurate Credit Transaction Act (FACTA), the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and the Anti Money Laundering Act, including monitoring for such illegal activity as it applies to this position. </li> </ul>   Requirements  EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE  A bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems Management, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required. Candidates should have at least four (4) years of relevant work experience with progressively increasing responsibilities. Certification from IIBA, PMI, or other industry-recognized organizations is preferred, or candidates should be able to obtain such certification within one (1) year of hire.   A solid understanding of financial services and the technologies relevant to the service delivery area is necessary. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio or similar applications, is required. Experience in creating key business analysis deliverables, such as functional specifications and test cases, is essential.
