Training Content Developer/ Instructor - TechELINT at GRVTY

<p><strong>What Impact You'll Have</strong></p> <p>GRVTY is seeking a Course Developer-Instructor for TechELINT to support the development and delivery of advanced technical training.</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>What You'll be Owning</strong></p> <p>The Course Developer-Instructor is responsible for course development and instruction of analysis on intelligence derived from a variety of sources. You will be responsible for:</p> <ul> <li>Soliciting and receiving course feedback from students and other people and timely incorporating appropriate feedback into courses and presentations.</li> <li>Maintaining expertise in TechELINT.</li> <li>Developing new TechELINT courses, modules, and presentations while ensuring the accuracy and currency of existing ones.</li> <li>Using good communication skills when working with others in the development, presentation.</li> <li>Updating of TechELINT teaching and course material.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Must Have</strong></p> <p>The Training Content Developer-Instructor must possess the following:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in a technical science major (Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physical Sciences, or comparable area).</li> <li>8 or more years of TechELINT experience (within the past 15 years).</li> <li>If the candidate does not have a Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in a technical science major (Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physical Sciences, or comparable area):</li> <li> <ul> <li>10 or more years of TechELINT experience (within the past 15 years); and</li> <li>Prior successful completion of SIGE Course 3810 “Intermediate Technical ELINT Analysis” or SIGE Course 4810 “Advanced Radar Theory” or a Published Technical Paper in a TechSIGINT related area.</li> </ul> </li> <li>TS/SCI Clearance and Polygraph</li> </ul> <p></p> <p><strong>Pay Range:&nbsp;</strong>At GRVTY, we understand that compensation is influenced by many factors—such as geographic location, federal contract labor categories, wage rates, prior experience, skillsets, education, and certifications.&nbsp;We’re proud to offer a work environment that empowers our team to achieve a strong work-life balance.
