Apply today!</strong></p> <h3>Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Lead operations (scheduling, workflow, quality) while actively contributing to the shop’s success.</li> <li>Personally drive sales and revenue through lead follow-up, customer conversions, upsells, and local partnerships.</li> <li>Deliver measurable results tied to monthly sales targets, ARO, gross profit, and retention metrics.</li> <li>Be hands-on with customers — walk the floor, support service writing, and build lasting relationships.</li> <li>Uphold a customer-centric approach by ensuring prompt &amp; courteous service.</li> <li>Coach and mentor team members in real time by working alongside them, not apart from them</li> <li>Address customer concerns &amp; complaints on Yelp &amp; Google Reviews through CDC (Complaints, Damages &amp; Comebacks).</li> <li>Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, &amp; other markets.</li> <li>Maintain accurate records of operations, financial transactions, &amp; employee activities.</li> <li>Prepare regular reports for management regarding shop performance &amp; key metrics.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with all legal &amp; regulatory requirements.</li> </ul> <h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in an auto mechanic shop.</li> <li>Efficient in Digital Visual Inspections &amp; Procedures</li> <li>Experience with Autoflow or similar platform, preferred but not required</li> <li>Strong leadership &amp; managerial skills with the ability to motivate a team.</li> <li>Sound knowledge of automotive systems, repair techniques, and industry standards.</li> <li>Solid understanding of financial management &amp; budgeting.</li> <li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, &amp; manage time effectively.</li> <li>Degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology or similar technical college</li> </ul> <h3>Physical Requirements</h3> <ul> <li>Occasionally lift and/or move over 50 pounds</li> <li>Ability to work with tools lifted above their head</li> <li>Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair</li> <li>Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand-tools</li> <li>Walk/stand for the majority of the workday</li> <li>Drive manual transmission vehicles</li> <li>Keeping a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment</li> <li>Efficiently navigate a computer</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Ready to Elevate Your Career?</strong> If you’re interested in joining a supportive team that values your skills and dedication, we’d love to hear from you! <strong>Apply today</strong> to help us redefine automotive care.</p></div>
