font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">7–12 years in Investment Banking, M&A Advisory, Private Equity, Transaction Advisory, or Corporate M&A</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Strong experience across both transaction execution and client relationship management</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Lead end-to-end M&A advisory and capital raising engagements across buy-side, sell-side, strategic advisory, and private capital transactions</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Drive transaction execution from origination through signing and closure while ensuring high-quality client outcomes</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Lead financial modeling, valuation analyses (DCF, trading comparables, transaction comparables), transaction structuring, and investment recommendations</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with legal advisors, accounting firms, lenders, investors, and other stakeholders</li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;
