Our Principal – Talent Development, will first focus on building a deep and complex understanding of the organization, our culture, and our employee and leadership needs. Grounded in this understanding, they will build and lead a comprehensive, multimodal ecosystem of bespoke development programs and tools, from concept to implementation. These may include the creation of workshops, academies, eLearnings, onboarding programs, learning events, team effectiveness programs, facilitated meetings and offsite experiences, and other solutions that are integrated into a thoughtful employee and leader development journey.
