These services may include activities related to range of motion, bed mobility, transfers/walking, dressing/grooming, easting/swallowing, toileting and communication.&nbsp; Coordinates meals and nutritional supplements at assigned times and as requested. Staff will provide assistance as needed, documents degree of assistance required and intake accordingly.&nbsp; Assists with resident's appropriate use of adaptive equipment (prosthesis, foot pedals, etc.)&nbsp; Assists nursing staff with toileting, bowel and bladder retraining including continence diary, formulation of scheduled toileting and documentation accordingly.&nbsp; Documents all activities daily to indicate the restorative nursing task was done.&nbsp; Documents the progress of each resident and reports changes in a resident's condition to the MDS Coordinator.&nbsp; Attends meetings as required including team meetings and required training include Relias. Care plan meetings and QAPI as applicable or assigned by supervisor.&nbsp; Establishes a culture of compliance by adhering to all facility policies and procedures.&nbsp; Complies with standards of business conduct, and state/federal regulations and guidelines.&nbsp; Reports noncompliance with policies, procedures, regulations or breaches in confidentiality to appropriate personnel.&nbsp; May be assigned other duties as appropriate.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div> <h3>Job Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li> <li>Certified Nurse Assistant in the state you will be working</li> <li>At least five years of experience required, 10+ years preferred</li> <li>Completed training in restorative nursing, or willing to complete training within 30 days of hire</li> <li>Computer skills needed to utilize Electronic Medical Records on computers and/or mobile devices</li> <li>Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time</li> <li>Ability to lift heavy objects using proper lifting techniques and with assistance when necessary</li> <li>Ability to transfer and move patients who vary with ability to assist weighing 200+lbs using proper lifting techniques and with assistance when necessary</li> <li>Ability to push and pull equipment weighing in excess of 40lbs using proper technique and with assistance when necessary</li> <li>Manual dexterity, coordination and skillful use of hands when working with patients and equipment</li> <li>Ability to physically perform necessary documentation in writing or use of tape recorder</li> <li>Visual acuity with the ability to distinguish color</li> </ul> <div><strong>Pay range</strong>: $17.52 - $27.69 per hour</div> <div>Category: CNA</div> </div>
