This role focuses on building and maintaining internal developer tools, improving development workflows, and helping design scalable backend systems.</p> <p data-start="473" data-end="780">You will work across <strong data-start="494" data-end="545">DevOps, backend services, and developer tooling</strong> to make our engineering teams more productive. This includes creating tooling such as <strong data-start="632" data-end="677">linkers, scanners, and CI/CD integrations</strong>, improving <strong data-start="689" data-end="718">Helm chart infrastructure</strong>, and contributing to backend architecture and design systems.</p> <p data-start="782" data-end="944">You will also play a key role in supporting <strong>UX lab </strong><strong
