We are looking for a Multimedia Specialist for our Learning & Talent Development team. This is a remote role that will require regular travel to our office locations or on-location shoots. Department & Position Overview: FreedomCare is looking for an experienced Multimedia Specialist to create inspiring content and media for our team. We’re looking for someone who’s an expert at telling fun and authentic stories through video for both internal and external audiences.   Every day You Will: <ul> <li data-leveltext="" data-aria-level="1">Conceptualize, write, and develop engaging video/audio scripts, templates, graphics, and storyboards tailored for training or marketing initiatives.  </li> <li data-leveltext="" data-aria-level="1">Capture high-quality video footage and audio at company events, training sessions, and marketing campaigns, with around 2 trips per quarter mainly to our New York offices. <ul> <li data-aria-level="1">Expertly edit videos throughout the production process, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring seamless execution. </li> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-aria-posinset="9" data-aria-level="1">Take initiative in identifying video requirements and content opportunities, proactively pitching creative ideas to enhance organizational messaging and engagement. </li> </ul> Ideal Candidate Will Possess: <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in video production, editing and producing </li> <li>Formal education degree in Multimedia Design, Film Production, Communications, or related field <ul> <li>A Multimedia Certification is a prerequisite if no formal education degree </li> </ul> </li> <li>Experience and application of the Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop </li> <li><span data-ccp-parastyle="paragraph" This provides our employees with the opportunity to professionally grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $23.00 and $25.00 an hour at the commencement of your first year of employment. Compensation decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors which may include, but are not limited to: skill set, years of relevant experience, education, location, and licensure/certifications.</div><div class="title">Compensation Range</div><div class="pay-range">$26—$32 USD</div></div></div>
