We are 50 years strong in 21 offices across California, the Pacific Northwest, and the Southeastern United States.</strong></p></div><p>Environmental Science Associates (ESA) is seeking a <strong>Proposal Coordinator </strong>to join our Southeast marketing team. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional with at least <strong>2+ years of experience</strong> to support the development of high-quality proposals and qualifications in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) marketplace.&nbsp; Strong preference given to candidates with 5+ years of experience.</p> <p>The Proposal Coordinator will play an important role in preparing and coordinating <strong>Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), and other marketing materials </strong>that support ESA’s business development efforts throughout the Southeast. This position works closely with technical staff, project managers, and marketing professionals to produce <strong>clear, compelling, and compliant proposals</strong> that highlight ESA’s expertise in environmental planning, science, engineering, and design.</p> <p>The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and writing skills, initiative, and the ability to <strong>manage multiple concurrent pursuits in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</strong></p> <p>This position will be based in <strong>Tampa or Orlando, Florida</strong>, with <strong>office presence as needed.</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>Who You Are</u></strong></p> <p>You are a motivated marketing professional who enjoys working collaboratively with technical teams to develop persuasive proposals and strategic marketing materials.</p> <ul> <li>You have <strong>at least two years of professional experience</strong>, preferably supporting proposal development or marketing in Florida.</li> <li>You thrive in a <strong>fast-paced environment</strong> and are comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality deliverables.</li> <li>You are <strong>organized, proactive, and detail-oriented,</strong> capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.</li> <li>You possess <strong>strong writing, editing, and communication skills,</strong> with the ability to translate technical information into clear and compelling messaging.</li> <li>You are an effective collaborator who can <strong>gather and synthesize information from engineers, planners, scientists, designers, and other subject-matter experts</strong> to develop persuasive proposals and marketing materials.</li> <li>You are proficient in <strong>Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)</strong> and have experience using <strong>Adobe Creative Suite,</strong> particularly <strong>InDesign;</strong> familiarity with Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.</li> <li>You have experience working with <strong>CRM systems</strong>, preferably <strong>Deltek (Vision or Vantagepoint).</strong></li> <li>You hold an Associate degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field.
