This role will be fully focused on designing, implementing, and improving processes that drive efficiency, scalability, and performance across the organization.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>What You´ll Do</strong></span></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline; font-size: 10pt;">Process Design &amp; Optimization</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Design, implement, and continuously improve operational workflows across SMN.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas of improvement, and translate them into scalable processes.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Standardize ways of working to ensure consistency and predictability in execution between different regions: North America, Europe, APAC, Latam</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;
