We are seeking a Service Booker to join our team as we continue to change the industry.</p> <p>The Service Booker plays a critical behind-the-scenes role by accurately building and preparing repair orders, ensuring technicians and advisors have the information needed to execute work efficiently and correctly.</p> <p>This role directly impacts shop productivity, repair accuracy, and overall service department performance.</p> <p><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>Health insurance</li> <li>Dental insurance</li> <li>Vision insurance</li> <li>Paid sick leave</li> <li>Paid vacation</li> <li>401(k)</li> <li>401(k) matching</li> <li>Flexible spending account</li> <li>Professional development assistance</li> <li>Life insurance</li> <li>Employee assistance plan</li> <li>Disability insurance</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Create and “book” repair orders (ROs) in the dealership management system (DMS) based on internal inputs from Service Advisors, dispatch, or management</li> <li>Accurately input labor operations, job lines, parts, and customer concerns into each RO</li> <li>Ensure proper coding, menu alignment, and structure of repair orders to support efficient workflow and warranty compliance</li> <li>Review repair orders for completeness, clarity, and accuracy before work is dispatched to technicians</li> <li>Coordinate with Service Advisors, dispatch, and parts to ensure repair orders reflect the correct scope of work</li> <li>Update and modify ROs as additional work is approved or scope changes occur</li> <li>Support proper documentation standards to ensure downstream warranty claim accuracy and audit readiness</li> <li>Maintain organized and accurate records within the DMS</li> <li>Identify errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and proactively resolve them</li> </ul> <p><strong><br>What We Are Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>1–3+ years of automotive dealership experience (service department preferred)</li> <li>Strong understanding of repair order structure, labor operations, and service workflows</li> <li>Experience working with a dealership management system (DMS)</li> <li>High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and process consistency</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple work items simultaneously</li> <li>Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with advisors, technicians, and parts personnel</li> <li>A process-driven mindset with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement</li> <li>A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and compliance</li> </ul> <p><strong>Pay</strong>: $25 - $35 / hour</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>We attract, nurture, and retain the most talented people in the industry by providing the highest quality work environment where productivity, creativity, and personal and professional growth can flourish.
