We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer (.NET) who can operate at the intersection of deep technical expertise and broad organisational influence. This role is for an engineer who shapes systems and teams — someone who identifies the most important problems, drives cross-functional solutions, and makes everyone around them more effective.
