The ideal candidate will have strong technical experience with automation and control systems, combined with a collaborative mindset and a focus on quality, safety, and reliability in a mission-critical environment.   You will:   <ul> <li>Create and implement control system architectures for BMS/EPMS applications across data center facilities.</li> <li>Develop & troubleshoot control logic and graphics for PLCs and SCADA systems.</li> <li>Integrate control systems with electrical and mechanical subsystems, coordinating between HVAC, power distribution, and monitoring platforms.</li> <li>Lead or support commissioning activities to verify all data points and signals—from sensors and meters through software visualization—are fully functional and documented.</li> <li>Diagnose control and communication issues, analyze system performance, and implement improvements.</li> <li>Prepare system documentation, I/O lists, and control drawings in alignment with project standards and regulatory requirements.</li> <li>Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams to define scope, deliverables, and schedules, ensuring project success and customer satisfaction.</li> <li>Be an ambassador who embodies our <a class="Hyperlink SCXW243457903 BCX0" href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PNgpHEJiRb0" target="_blank">Core Values</a>, prioritizing the success of E Tech Group, our clients, and the professional development of our associates. </li> </ul>   You have:  <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Control Systems Engineering (or related field).</li> <li>7+ years of experience in controls engineering or automation; at least 3 years of data center BMS/EPMS experience preferred.</li> <li>Experience with Modbus, BACnet, SNMP, Ethernet/IP, or other industrial communication protocols.</li> <li>Understanding of electrical power monitoring, HVAC, and critical facility systems.</li> <li>Familiarity with instrumentation, control panel design, and network architectures.</li> <li>Strong analytical, documentation, and communication abilities; customer-focused and team-oriented</li> <li>Willingness to visit local project sites during installation and commissioning phases.</li> <li>A DNA comprised of collaboration and teamwork. </li> </ul>   You might have:   <ul> <li>Ability to develop & troubleshoot control logic and graphics for PLCs and SCADA systems using Ignition & Rockwell Automation platforms.</li> </ul>     Benefits & Perks:  <ul> <li>401k + match + prompt enrollment.  E Tech Group employees are 100% vested upon entry. </li> <li>Prompt enrollment into Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits. </li> <li>Generous paid time off that includes paid vacation, paid holidays, paid family leave and sick time off. </li> <li>Learning and growth are key parts of the E Tech culture.
