You will work closely with Partner & Alliances, Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Corporate Marketing, Events, and Enablement to strengthen partner relationships, develop joint go-to-market programs, and increase partner-driven pipeline.  This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution. You'll help partners understand, position, market, and sell Syndigo solutions while creating scalable programs that drive measurable business impact.  HOW WE’LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY <ul> <li>Develop and execute partner marketing strategies that support Syndigo's strategic business objectives and partner ecosystem. </li> <li>Build trusted relationships with partner marketing organizations and serve as Syndigo's primary marketing point of contact. </li> <li>Identify new opportunities to increase partner engagement, joint selling, and co-marketing activities. </li> <li>Support the launch of new partnerships through coordinated marketing and go-to-market plans. </li> <li>Plan and execute integrated co-marketing campaigns with strategic partners, including webinars, eBooks, white papers, customer stories, digital campaigns, executive events, and industry sponsorships, as well as the content associated with those programs. </li> <li>Develop partner-specific solution messaging, value propositions, sales plays, and co-branded positioning that clearly articulate the combined value of Syndigo and our strategic partners. </li> <li>Develop scalable partner marketing playbooks and repeatable campaign frameworks. </li> <li>Partner with Sales Enablement to deliver onboarding and training programs that improve partner readiness and sales effectiveness.  </li> <li>Drive adoption of Syndigo messaging and value propositions across partner organizations. </li> <li>Help manage Syndigo's Market Development Fund (MDF) program in partnership with the Alliances organization.  </li> <li>Collaborate with partners to develop effective co-marketing plans utilizing MDF investments. </li> </ul> WE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU  <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Partner Marketing </li> <li>Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.  </li> <li>Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.  </li> <li>Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.  </li> <li>Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partner organizations.  </li> <li>Deep understanding of supporting strategic technology alliances, cloud providers, systems integrators, consulting partners, or channel partners.  </li> <li>Track record of managing Market Development Funds (MDF) or partner co-marketing programs. </li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description">For full-time U.S. based-employees, we offer competitive health insurance benefits, PTO and volunteer time off, employer-paid short- and long-term disability, parental and adoption leave, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.
