Maintenance Supervisor- Maddox Apartments at MG Properties

At MG Properties, we focus on enriching lives – physically in our community buildings, philanthropically through giving back to our local communities, and through development and growth of our employees.</p></div><p>We are looking for an experienced<strong> </strong>Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all aspects of maintenance and repair at our community, <strong>Maddox Apartments</strong>, in <strong>Portland, OR</strong>!<br><br>As a Maintenance Supervisor your duties will include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Diagnosing and performing or delegating minor and routine maintenance</li> <li>Overseeing and inspecting work performed by maintenance staff</li> <li>Managing system for handling resident service requests</li> <li>Assisting manager in coordinating and directing the maintenance staff and scheduling of maintenance personnel</li> <li>Conducting regularly scheduled safety meetings</li> <li>Maintaining accurate records regarding preventive maintenance requests and expenditures</li> <li>Coordinating or performing equipment maintenance and more!</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>At least 2 years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor preferred!</li> <li>Must have maintenance experience with at least 150 units!</li> <li>Must have experience in all trades.</li> <li>As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.</li> <li>Must be a team player with a superior customer service attitude.&nbsp;</li> <li>Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>Monthly bonuses</li> <li>Company profit sharing</li> <li>Accrues 10 days Paid time off per year</li> <li>10 Paid Holidays and 2 Paid Personal Days per year</li> <li>40 Hours of Paid Sick Time</li> <li>401K with employer match</li> <li>Medical, Dental, Vision, Employee Assistance Program</li> <li>Life Insurance</li> <li>Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Spending Account</li> <li>Rental Discounts</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em>MG Properties is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
