Working within one of application teams, this role collaborates closely with stakeholders, project managers, business analysts, and other developers to deliver high-quality, scalable applications that meet evolving business needs. Key Responsibilities: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop, test, and deploy application features and enhancements in alignment with business requirements. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with stakeholders to identify use cases and deliver scalable, secure AI-driven solutions. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with Product Owners and team members to understand user needs and translate them into technical solutions. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain and improve existing applications, ensuring performance, reliability, and security. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Document technical specifications, processes, and configurations. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to tools and practices. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Design, build, and maintain Python-based automation scripts and tools. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Architect and implement cloud-based workflows using Azure, or equivalent platforms. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop and consume RESTful APIs to integrate enterprise systems. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Provide support and enhancements to existing automations and troubleshoot production issues as needed. </li> </ul> Qualifications:  <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">2+ years of experience in application development or software engineering</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, C#, etc.)</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience with databases, APIs, and integration tools</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with agile development methodologies</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proficiency in Python, with experience in automation scripting, data parsing, and task orchestration</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (e.g., Logic Apps, Functions)</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated ability to design, build, and interact with APIs (RESTful services, JSON handling, authentication flows)</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and basic DevOps concepts</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience with automation frameworks, workflow tools, or RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools is a plus</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
