While you are comfortable engaging with customers and stepping in when needed, you are most fulfilled by operational excellence, problem-solving, and supporting team success.  About The Role  The Stock Ops Associate partners closely with the Store Manager to ensure the store operates with precision, ease, and consistency across both front- and back-of-house functions. Through strong operational ownership and a visible presence on the floor, this role helps maintain an organized, welcoming environment where the team is supported, and clients feel seamlessly cared for. Goop, in good faith, reasonably expects to pay the position within this salary range. Goop provides the salary range in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws.
