This person’s primary focus will be to </span><span>oversee the color and quality of print jobs on Large Format HP Latex printers. </span><span>The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has an upbeat attitude</span><span> toward problem solving, and is motivated </span><span>to improve producti</span><span>on processes.</span></div> <div class="textLayer" data-main-rotation="0"><br><strong><span>YOU WILL</span></strong></div> <div class="textLayer" data-main-rotation="0"><br><span>• Precisely match production</span><span>&nbsp;print jobs to company control samples using color matching software</span><br><span>• Set up</span> <span>fi</span><span>les for production</span><span>&nbsp;runs using company RIP software</span><br><span>• Maximize machine e</span><span>ffi</span><span>ciency and minimize waste through e</span><span>ffi</span><span>cient use of substrates</span><br><span>• Regularly perform preventative</span><span>&nbsp;maintenance on all machinery</span><br><span>• Inspect all print jobs to ensure highest quality standards are met</span><br><span>• Troubleshoot problems that occur during job submission or the prin</span><span>Ɵ</span><span>ng process</span><br><span>• Monitor color consistency during and at end of print run, making adjustments when necessary</span><br><span>• Catch errors at the earliest possible stage</span><br><span>• Update job status and location</span><span> in production</span><span> software</span><span>, and report any delays to management</span><br><span>• Maintain current and complete knowledge of all equipment and software</span><br><span>• Calibrate all color devices as required to maintain color consistency</span><br><span>• Load/unload printers for production</span><span>&nbsp;runs</span></div> <div class="textLayer" data-main-rotation="0"><br><strong><span>YOU HAVE/ARE</span></strong></div> <div class="textLayer" data-main-rotation="0"><br><span>• A strong understanding of color theory and experience in color management</span><br><span>• Ability to match color by eye as well as through digital so</span><span>Ō</span><span>ware</span></div> <div class="textLayer" data-main-rotation="0"><span>• Entrepreneurial spirit: must be willing to own process and contribute ideas</span><br><span>• Detail oriented, organized and thorough, in all aspects of process and communication</span><br><span>• Understand digital files</span><br><span>• Understanding of textile and wallcovering repeats and industry standards</span><br><span>• A flexible work style and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced, deadline-driven </span><span>environment</span><br><span>• Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure while staying organized</span><br><span>• Collaborative, with the ability to work across multiple creative and functional departments</span><br><span>• Ability to work within a team and open to learning from others</span><br><span>•</span> <span>An understanding of the Hospitality industry a plus</span><br><span>• Dependable, timely, and trusted to use printing materials and equipment</span></div> <div class="textLayer" data-main-rotation="0"><br><strong><span>Required Skills</span></strong></div> <div class="textLayer" data-main-rotation="0"><br><span>• Wide format digital print experience, latex experience a plus</span><br><span>• Experience working with digital</span> <span>fi</span><span>les and RIP software</span><br><span>• Caldera, AVA, Photoshop, Illustrator, Onyx and color calibrating</span><span> software</span><span>&nbsp;a plus</span></div> <div class="textLayer" data-main-rotation="0">&nbsp;</div> <div class="textLayer" data-main-rotation="0"><strong>Benefits Package</strong></div> <div class="textLayer" data-main-rotation="0"> <p>Your well-being is our top priority.
