<li>6–10&nbsp;years&nbsp;of&nbsp;experience&nbsp;as&nbsp;a&nbsp;Project&nbsp;Manager,&nbsp;including&nbsp;significant&nbsp;healthcare&nbsp;project&nbsp;work.</li> <li>Licensed&nbsp;Professional&nbsp;Architect&nbsp;in&nbsp;the&nbsp;State&nbsp;of&nbsp;Arizona.</li> <li>Proven&nbsp;experience&nbsp;delivering&nbsp;projects&nbsp;in&nbsp;the&nbsp;healthcare&nbsp;sector&nbsp;including:</li> <li>Acute&nbsp;care</li> <li>Ambulatory&nbsp;care</li> <li>Medical&nbsp;office&nbsp;buildings</li> <li>Ability&nbsp;to&nbsp;manage&nbsp;multiple&nbsp;concurrent&nbsp;projects&nbsp;and&nbsp;deadlines.</li> <li>Strong&nbsp;verbal&nbsp;and&nbsp;written&nbsp;communication&nbsp;skills.</li> <li>Proficiency&nbsp;in&nbsp;project&nbsp;management&nbsp;software&nbsp;and&nbsp;tools&nbsp;(e.g.,&nbsp;Deltek&nbsp;Vision,&nbsp;MS&nbsp;Project).</li> <li>Working&nbsp;knowledge&nbsp;of&nbsp;FGI&nbsp;Guidelines,&nbsp;IBC,&nbsp;and&nbsp;local&nbsp;healthcare&nbsp;codes&nbsp;and&nbsp;AHJs.</li> <li>Familiarity&nbsp;with&nbsp;Lean&nbsp;practices&nbsp;such&nbsp;as&nbsp;Target&nbsp;Value&nbsp;Design&nbsp;or&nbsp;Choosing&nbsp;By&nbsp;Advantages.</li> <li>ACHA&nbsp;Certification&nbsp;or&nbsp;active&nbsp;pursuit&nbsp;is&nbsp;a&nbsp;plus.</li>
