About the Role

How You’ll Support Our Mission Your code will travel with ambulance crews on shift, on the devices they carry. Join our Prague-based team and help emergency services reach people faster.  We build software that manages and optimizes patient transport logistics, so that response times for emergency cases keep coming down. Crews use it in the field across Europe, North and South America, and Australia. In the U.S. alone, we handle 20% of all medical transports. This hybrid role requires working from the office 2-3 days per week. Candidates must be based in the Czech Republic and available for regular in-office collaboration in Prague. Please note that we do not provide visa sponsorship; candidates must have full authorization to work in the Czech Republic. What you will work on  You will start in our existing native iOS application, keeping it stable and dependable for the crews who rely on it every day. That work is also the quickest way to learn the domain. From there, you will move into our Flutter development, which is where our cross-platform work is heading.  How we work with AI  AI coding tools are central to how we work, and we use them well past autocomplete: long sessions, agent loops, and workflows we keep reshaping as the tools change. We are looking for someone who wants to push those boundaries further while staying behind the wheel.
