As a crucial member of our educational community, the successful candidate will work closely with teachers to create a positive and supportive learning environment for elementary school students in math class. This position involves providing assistance in classroom activities, supporting students by providing feedback and extra practice, and communicate with their parents to provide suggestions.</span></p>

<ul>
<li>Teach mathematics to students from Pre-K through G2 grades</li>
<li>Actively engage and manage a classroom of up to 16 students</li>
<li>Prepare and deliver lessons using Think Academy's curriculum and teaching guidance</li>
<li>Grade homework and provide other essential teaching-related services</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with students and parents, offering timely and personalized feedback</li>
<li>Work 12-20 hours per week, primarily during weekends and weekday afternoons</li>

<li><span class="ql-author-50438 ql-font-microsoftyahei">Bachelor’s degree or above, all majors are welcome as long as you're passionate in kids and math teaching; Education, or STEM-related majors are preferred</span>

<li><strong>You are still <em>eligible to apply </em>if you are still pursuing or in progress of obtaining a Bachelor's degree</strong></li>

<li><strong>Prior math teaching experiences is not required, but a big plus</strong></li>
<li>Super passionate about teaching and education industry, with a mission to provide better education to promote social development.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Highly responsible and love to get along with kids</li>
<li>Can commit to at least one whole semester of teaching (Spring semester: Jan - May; Summer: June - Aug; Fall semester: Aug - Dec)</li>
<li><strong>Available and willing to work during weekday evenings and weekends</strong></li>
</ul>
