You’ll also help evolve how Product Marketing operates in an AI-native environment—using new tools to increase speed, insight, and impact.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>How you will make an impact</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Product Marketing &amp; GTM Leadership:</span> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for launches and key initiatives</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop clear, differentiated positioning, messaging, and value propositions</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Translate complex product capabilities into compelling, customer-facing narratives</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Act as the connective tissue across Product, Brand, Sales, and Customer Success</span></li> </ul> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Launch Strategy &amp; Execution:</span> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Drive GTM readiness, including launch narratives, content, pricing context, and Sales/CS enablement</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure consistent, high-quality execution across web, in-product, lifecycle, and campaigns</span></li> </ul> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Modern Product Marketing (AI-Enabled):</span> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Use AI to accelerate content creation, messaging, and GTM execution</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Translate AI-powered product capabilities into clear customer value</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Apply AI to improve personalization, experimentation, and performance insights</span></li> </ul> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Cross-Functional Alignment:</span> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Partner with Product to inform roadmap through market and customer insights</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Align with Marketing and Revenue to connect roadmap, campaigns, and channels</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Integrate product-led and sales-led motions into a unified GTM strategy</span></li> </ul> </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Customer &amp; Market Insights:</span> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Define segments and personas to guide targeting and positioning</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Conduct competitive analysis and identify differentiation opportunities</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Use data and feedback to continuously refine messaging and GTM strategy</span></li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What you will bring to LTK</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">7–10+ years in Product Marketing or related roles (SaaS, marketplace, creator economy, or digital platforms preferred)</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proven track record owning GTM strategies that drive adoption and revenue</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong storytelling skills—able to make complex products simple and compelling</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and CS</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to operate independently and build from zero in a team-of-one environment</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong analytical skills;
