In addition, the HR Business Partner will be responsible for employee relations, proactive partnership with leaders, performance and talent management, and ongoing HR employee related items.</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE </strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Works closely with leadership in the identification of HR objectives, programs, policies and procedures.</li> <li>Administer and execute human resource programs including compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, investigations, performance and talent management, recognition, retention and engagement.</li> <li>Consults with employees and leaders to resolve employee relations issues.</li> <li>Conducts research and analyzes data to create scalable HR solutions.</li> <li>Coaches, influences and communicates effectively.</li> <li>Maintains confidentiality and compliance with employment laws.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <p><strong>QUALITY SYSTEM RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Document product and therapy related reports.</li> <li>Complete required training and competency confirmations.</li> <li>Comply with applicable quality system procedures.</li> </ul> <p><strong>EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Education: B.S. degree in business administration, human resources, or related field&nbsp;required.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Experience:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>High-growth organizations&nbsp;</li> <li>Med-tech&nbsp;or high-tech industries&nbsp;</li> <li>Change management experience&nbsp;</li> <li>Master’s degree and/or HR certification preferred&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>#LI-Onsite</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>The salary for this position will be offered at a level consistent with the experience and qualifications of the candidate. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position at the time of posting.
