Kondor+ Technical Lead at Capco

As a global leader in technology and management consulting, we thrive on helping clients tackle the toughest challenges across banking, payments, capital markets, wealth, and asset management.</p> <p><strong>Role purpose</strong></p> <p>Own the technical architecture and technical delivery of the <strong>Kondor+ upgrade</strong>, including assessment of the current Kondor architecture, definition of the target architecture, upgrade strategy, technical dependencies, environments, integrations and non-functional requirements.</p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform technical assessment of the existing Kondor+ landscape.</li> <li>Define the technical architecture and upgrade approach.</li> <li>Analyse dependencies between Kondor+, database, operating system, middleware, interfaces and surrounding applications.</li> <li>Assess Kondor+ custom developments and extensions for compatibility with the target release.</li> <li>Define environment topology for DEV/SIT/UAT/Pre-Prod/Production.</li> <li>Define installation, configuration and deployment approach for the upgraded Kondor platform.</li> <li>Lead technical troubleshooting across Kondor application, database and integration layers.</li> <li>Review technical changes required to interfaces and custom components.</li> <li>Coordinate with Teciem/vendor technical specialists where required.</li> <li>Define performance, resilience, availability, backup/recovery and operational requirements.</li> <li>Support infrastructure sizing and capacity planning.</li> <li>Lead technical migration rehearsals.</li> <li>Own technical cutover and rollback approach.</li> <li>Provide technical leadership to Kondor developers, integration engineers, DBAs and infrastructure teams.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required experience</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Deep technical expertise in Kondor+ / Fusion Kondor architecture.</strong></li> <li>Several years of hands-on Kondor technical experience.</li> <li>Previous Kondor+ implementation and preferably <strong>upgrade experience</strong>.</li> <li>Strong understanding of Kondor application architecture, database layer, services, batch processing and interfaces.</li> <li>Experience troubleshooting complex Kondor production environments.</li> <li>Knowledge of Kondor APIs and integration architecture.</li> <li>Strong SQL/database knowledge in a Kondor context.</li> <li>Unix/Linux knowledge.</li> <li>Experience with enterprise middleware/messaging used with Kondor.</li> <li>Understanding of HA/DR and performance requirements for mission-critical trading systems.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desirable</strong></p> <ul> <li>Kondor containerization/Kubernetes experience.</li> <li>Cloud deployment experience.</li> <li>DevOps/CI/CD for Kondor.</li> <li>Experience migrating older Kondor installations toward newer architectures.</li> </ul> <p><span style="color: rgb(26, 26, 26);">#LI-REMOTE</span></p>
