This role offers Radiation Therapists the opportunity to be part of building a new service line within a community‑based practice focused on access, quality, and patient‑centered care. As a key member of the oncology team, you will deliver daily external beam radiation treatments, ensure accurate treatment setup and documentation, and collaborate closely with physicians, physicists, dosimetrists, and clinical staff to support safe and effective care. <p><strong>Responsibilities Include</strong><strong>:</strong></p>

<li>Deliver daily external beam Radiation Therapy treatments accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with the Radiation Oncologist’s prescription</li>
<li>Accurately enter, verify, and maintain patient treatment parameters in the EMR</li>
<li>Maintain daily treatment records, following established protocols and proactively reviewing patient charts</li>
<li>Perform treatment setup, patient positioning, and verification using appropriate immobilization devices and imaging techniques</li>
<li>Accurately interpret computerized treatment plans</li>
<li>Ensure safe operation of equipment and adhere to established radiation safety protocols and ALARA principles</li>
<li>Participate in quality control activities and the department’s Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives</li>
<li>Support collaborative workflows with physicians, physicists, dosimetrists, and clinical staff</li>
