These accolades highlight our dedication to being a leading brand in the beauty industry and an exceptional workplace. </div><h3>What You’ll Do</h3> The Manager, Global Influencer & Advocacy will be a culturally fluent, data-savvy and relationship driven member of our Global Consumer Marketing team. This role sits at the intersection of grassroots advocacy building, driving online and offline community growth, amplifying brand efforts and spearheading paid partnerships all to drive measurable brand love at a global scale. Reporting directly to the Global Director of Influencer Marketing & Brand Advocacy, you will help architect and execute multi-tiered influencer strategies that connect our brand with the right creators, communities, and cultural moments. You will support the management of localized strategies, laddering into the overarching approach to ensure consistent brand awareness, perception, and experiences. You are someone who treats talent relationships as long-term partnerships, understands the creator economy from nano to macro, and knows how to translate cultural engagement into business results.   <h3>What You’ll Be Working On</h3> Global Strategy & Campaign Execution <ul> <li>Support the Global Director in developing and executing global influencer marketing and communications strategies to achieve brand objectives across key markets.</li> <li>Assist in building 360° go-to-market and campaign presentations, coordinating across internal teams and external agency partners.</li> <li>Conduct ongoing market research, applying insights to campaign planning, influencer briefs, reporting, and relevant materials.</li> <li>Partner cross-functionally with brand, creative, social, PR, DTC e-commerce, and retail partner teams to develop integrated, platform-specific influencer strategies. </li> </ul>   Talent Management & Relationship Building <ul> <li>Build and maintain authentic, long-term relationships with influencers, creators, talent agencies, and management companies across all tiers — nano, micro, macro, and celebrity.</li> <li>Manage and maintain a talent contact database, tagging and categorizing at the campaign and initiative level.</li> <li>Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date tastemaker lists, influencer database/directory, meeting agendas, and reports.</li> <li>Support the development of brand partnership pitch documents and interview preparation materials when needed. </li> </ul>   Paid Partnerships & Affiliate Marketing <ul> <li>Manage end-to-end execution of paid influencer partnerships — from discovery, to analyzing backend insights, initial outreach, contract negotiations, briefing, content review, approval, and live monitoring adhering to timelines.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal legal and finance teams to ensure timely contracting and compliant payment workflows.</li> <li>Track deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity windows, and FTC disclosure compliance across all paid programs.</li> <li>Disseminate content, ad codes, usage terms, as needed to cross-collaborate with global and regional teams. </li> </ul>   Earned Community Building <ul> <li>Develop and execute earned influencer programs including product seeding, gifting moments, and organic advocacy initiatives.</li> <li>Identify and nurture an emerging tier of brand advocates and community superfans who organically amplify the brand.</li> <li>Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with internal brand teams, global and regional partners, and external agencies to create and adapt communication assets for global distribution.</li> </ul> Sample Management & Logistics <ul> <li>Manage the sample request process in partnership with cross-functional teams, coordinating fulfillment of all incoming sample inquiries from influencers and media outlets.</li> <li style="text-align: left;">Maintain and monitor tracking documents to ensure accuracy and timeliness of all sample seedings and gifting initiatives. </li> </ul> Reporting & Analytics <ul> <li style="text-align: left;">Support the analysis and reporting of quantitative data to evaluate the effectiveness of influencer outreach initiatives and consumer engagement levels.</li> <li style="text-align: left;">Compile and present regular performance reports with insights, trends, and recommendations for optimization.</li> <li style="text-align: left;">Track and report on key performance indicators including EMV, reach, impressions, engagement rate, and conversion metrics.</li> <li style="text-align: left;">Stay ahead of platform changes, creator economy trends, and competitive brand activations to keep the brand at the forefront of the industry.</li> </ul>   <h3>Must Haves </h3> <ul> <li>4–7 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, talent management, paid partnerships, and earned community building.</li> <li>Deep familiarity with the influencer marketing landscape, creator economy, and social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest).</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, with strong project management and organizational skills.</li> <li>Experience with influencer management and analytics platforms (e.g., CreatorIQ, Traackr, Tribe Dynamics, GRIN, Brandwatch, or similar).</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills;
