<h2><strong>Position Overview</strong></h2>
<p>As a <strong>Project Manager – Industrial Electrical & Inside Wiring</strong>, you will lead the execution of <strong>heavy industrial electrical construction projects</strong>, managing either a major phase of a large complex project or multiple mid‑sized projects typically ranging from <strong>$500K to $20M+</strong>.</p>
<p>You are accountable for <strong>scope, schedule, budget, safety, quality, and client satisfaction</strong>, from initial proposal and bidding through project execution and closeout.</p>
<p>This role requires a self‑motivated, detail‑oriented leader who thrives in <strong>fast‑paced, field‑driven environments</strong> and takes ownership of project outcomes.</p>

<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2>

<li>Lead projects through <strong>estimating, bidding, execution, and closeout phases</strong></li>
<li>Manage <strong>industrial electrical and inside wiring scopes</strong>, including:

<li>Medium‑ and low‑voltage systems</li>
<li>Electrical distribution and equipment installation</li>
<li>Cable routing, terminations, and system integration</li>

<li>Oversee <strong>field leadership, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams</strong></li>

<li>Track and manage <strong>project costs, forecasts, schedules, and performance metrics</strong></li>
<li>Coordinate with <strong>engineering, procurement, and field operations</strong> to ensure successful execution</li>

<li><strong>4–7+ years of experience</strong> in construction project management, preferably within <strong>industrial electrical or inside wiring projects</strong></li>
<li>Experience with <strong>project management and scheduling software</strong> (Primavera P6, Unifier, or similar)</li>
<li>Proficiency with <strong>Microsoft Office Suite</strong>; familiarity with <strong>job cost tracking and estimating systems</strong></li>
<li>Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record</li>
<li>Willingness to travel and support <strong>long‑term, onsite project assignments</strong></li>
