Personal Risk Management Solutions is a boutique insurance agency which focuses solely on personal insurance.</p> <p><strong><br>Job Specific Responsibilities and Duties: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Determine strategic placement of new accounts through analysis of current coverage and knowledge of products available.&nbsp;Run flood determinations, clue reports, and motor vehicle reports to help determine levels of exposure and strategize with sales executives and service team as to where to market accounts</li> <li>Act as advisor to clients and make recommendations and suggestions best suited for their needs.&nbsp;Respond to any direct communications and lead renewal process</li> <li>Create proposals by reviewing client information, policies and underwriting file and formulate a comprehensive insurance program once carrier negotiations are complete.&nbsp;</li> <li>Negotiate with underwriters by utilizing comprehensive, creative thinking to implement best possible solutions for our clients</li> <li>Report claims to carrier and follow up until conclusion.&nbsp;Maintain contact with clients during the process.&nbsp;Ensure that clients are extremely satisfied with the outcome</li> <li>Analyze home appraisals and compare to current policy coverages to determine accuracy and/or inefficiencies.&nbsp;Communicate result of the appraisal with the client</li> <li>Drive renewal process by analysis of client’s insurance program (coverages, claims, file notes and annual activity) and marketplace opportunities.&nbsp;Communicate with team members on renewal strategy and ensure implementation</li> <li>Analyze daily suspense reports.&nbsp;Determine appropriate response per item.&nbsp;Advise additional team members if necessary</li> <li>Process endorsement requests by determining best consecutive order for multiple changes and accurate relay of information from the client to the carrier</li> <li>Involvement in planning of workflows, procedures, and processes.&nbsp;Provide ideas and feedback to superiors to allow for more efficiency in daily servicing of clients</li> <li>Draft templates for client form letters by developing various product line subject matter and applying to specific client situations .</li> <li>Run daily activity reports from carrier websites and coordinate with the service team items to be addressed.&nbsp;Items must be prioritized accordingly and addressed by the appropriate team member. Discuss with insurance company partner when appropriate&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist in maintaining licensing schedule and carrier licensing records</li> <li>Assist with any marketing material, sales campaigns, etc.</li> <li>Assist with general administrative duties in office: mail, phones, scanning of client documents, and special projects.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Basic Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Respond to incoming calls, e-mails, mail and in-person requests</li> <li>Comply with company policies, practices and procedures</li> <li>Attend meetings and prepare follow-up as needed</li> <li>Set goals, prioritize and execute duties of the position</li> <li>Manage documents, files and electronic information in an organized, efficient and secure manner</li> <li>Interact with customers in a professional and pleasant manner</li> <li>Represent company as a professional in appearance and manner</li> <li>Communicate written and oral communication at the highest level of professionalism and integrity</li> <li>Perform quality and quantity duties as expected for position</li> <li>Complete company required training courses as assigned</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four year college or university; or</li> <li>Two years or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination and experience Educational requirement; and any preferred level of education</li> <li>Ability to train for and obtain a New York State Property &amp; Casualty license</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000</strong></span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
