About the Role

Objective We’re looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Area Marketing Specialist to support our growing network of partner practices throughout the Chicago area. In this highly visible role, you’ll collaborate directly with practices to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive patient growth, increase revenue, and strengthen community presence. The Area Marketing Specialist will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing programs for assigned practices, with a strong emphasis on in-person relationship building and face-to-face outreach. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and is passionate about delivering measurable results while following established Partner Practice Marketing Standard Operating Procedures.   Your Responsibilities  <ul> <li>Execute in-person referral outreach in line with the marketing strategy </li> <li>Categorize referring practices (A-D) based on referral numbers and submit analysis quarterly </li> <li>Collaborate with the practice to develop annual marketing plans with monthly activities </li> <li>Adhere to budget constraints to ensure growth </li> <li>Monitor and manage marketing expenses, focusing on ROI </li> <li>Ensure accurate and timely expense submissions to finance </li> <li>Track and report monthly performance on key indicators, optimizing tactics for growth </li> <li>Conduct monthly meetings with doctors </li> <li>Attend monthly S1P Partner Practice Marketing meetings </li> <li>Send weekly email updates to doctors and team members </li> <li>Maintain regular touchpoints with the practice leader or RDO </li> <li>Support the maintenance of market strategies, including earned, owned, and paid media </li> <li>Assist in digital strategy development, social media management, and co-management of the practice’s website </li> </ul> As one of the essential members of the team, you will also help to facilitate/coordinate other responsibilities as assigned.    Your Background  You are a relationship-driven marketing professional who thrives on building meaningful connections through in-person outreach, digital engagement, and community partnerships.
