This position is in-office.</p> <p style="text-align: center;">&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Each employee is a vital member of our production teams, providing:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Preparing information needed to market new and renewal business</li> <li>Monitoring various reports for consistency</li> <li>Potential for policy issuance and endorsement processing</li> <li>Make and follow through with request for missing information from outside sources</li> <li>Assist in accounting procedures such as invoicing</li> <li>Data entry into multiple internet based systems</li> <li>Use Microsoft Office software, (e.g. Outlook, Word and Excel)</li> <li>Answer incoming calls</li> </ul> <p><strong>We are looking for people with:</strong></p> <ul> <li>At least one year experience in an office environment</li> <li>Insurance knowledge is strongly preferred</li> <li>Excellent computer skills including typing proficiency, Microsoft Office proficiency with an&nbsp;emphasis in Excel spreadsheets</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Excellent attention to detail</li> <li>High-level of motivation</li> <li>Ability to prioritize important and pressing tasks</li> <li>Innate organizational skills, willingness to take on challenges, and focus on personal&nbsp;responsibility</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><em>The above is intended to describe the general content of and requirements for the performance of this&nbsp;</em><em>job.
