<h2 id="About-the-job" data-renderer-start-pos="139"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">About the job</strong></h2> <p><strong>Role Summary:&nbsp;</strong>The Manager, Corporate Accounting is responsible for managing general ledger operations, revenue and vendor accrual processes, and <span data-highlighted="true" data-vc="highlighted-text">SOX</span> compliance to ensure financial accuracy, audit readiness, and operational scalability. This role leads month-end close execution, strengthens accounting controls, and drives process improvements while serving as a primary escalation point within Corporate Accounting. The position reports to the Director of Corporate Accounting and supports enterprise-level financial integrity.</p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="3072"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="7322" data-local-id="2ebd6c077d86">Own the end-to-end general ledger close process for assigned areas, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely execution.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="7448" data-local-id="a0918393cacf">Review and approve journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations, maintaining high standards of technical accounting accuracy and documentation.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="7597" data-local-id="fba9f57ebce4">Oversee revenue and vendor accrual processes, ensuring proper cutoff, completeness, and alignment with company policies.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="7721" data-local-id="7cda815dbf11">Ensure accounting policies and close procedures are documented, maintained, and updated as processes evolve.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="7833" data-local-id="e54db951e179">Lead <span data-highlighted="true" data-vc="highlighted-text">SOX</span> compliance efforts for assigned processes, ensuring controls operate effectively and documentation supports audit readiness.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="7970" data-local-id="034cfc53b8d5">Identify, assess, and escalate accounting risks and control gaps, recommending corrective actions where necessary.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="8088" data-local-id="d0926b2699ae">Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and external auditors to ensure accurate reporting and operational alignment.</p> </li> </ul> data-testid="definition-highlighter">GAAP</span></span></span> and technical accounting principles.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="8306" data-local-id="52d4b015de9d">Expertise in month-end close processes and accrual accounting.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="8372" data-local-id="e40a47f65cfb">Demonstrated experience building, leading, and developing accounting teams that deliver financial accuracy, maintain strong internal controls, and drive continuous process improvement.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="8560" data-local-id="3b1f3c94541b">Ability to execute and maintain effective internal controls within a <span data-highlighted="true" data-vc="highlighted-text">SOX</span>-compliant environment, partnering with Internal Audit to ensure readiness and timely remediation.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="8734" data-local-id="ef7a5cf64493">Structured problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex or non-routine accounting matters.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="8842" data-local-id="4f5b33fd1c51">Process improvement mindset focused on scalability and operational rigor.</p> </li> <li> <p data-local-id="e3bd1b07b0f8">At least 7 to 9 years of accounting experience, including a mix of public and corporate accounting experience.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="9142" data-local-id="c55c6ef46b50">At least 2 years of people management experience.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="9195" data-local-id="51697c0523b4">Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="9250" data-local-id="e00746fa0125">Active or inactive CPA.&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="9267" data-local-id="8cd1062de575">Experience operating within a <span data-highlighted="true" data-vc="highlighted-text">SOX</span>-compliant environment.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="9327" data-local-id="df706b31bc73">Strong proficiency in ERP systems and account reconciliation tools.</p> </li> </ul> <p><span data-highlighted="true" data-vc="highlighted-text"><span
