Junior Financial Controller at Omnicom Health

You will act as a key liaison between finance and operations, providing commercial insights, supporting decision-making, and ensuring financial discipline across the business.</p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities :</strong></p> <div> <ul> <li>Prepare and review month-end reporting, including P&amp;L and Balance Sheet analysis</li> <li>Support month-end close activities and ensure accuracy of financial data</li> <li>Lead revenue and margin forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis</li> <li>Review and analyze FRP variances, providing insights and recommendations</li> <li>Support revenue recognition, billing processes, and monthly accruals</li> <li>Manage and supervise working capital performance and cash flow optimization</li> <li>Coordinate with the Shared Service Center (SSC) on accounting matters, including AP, AR, and balance sheet reconciliations</li> <li>Liaise with auditors and prepare supporting documentation for annual statutory and management accounts</li> <li>Develop and enhance financial reports, dashboards, and performance tracking tools</li> <li>Support financial processes, controls, and continuous improvement initiatives</li> <li>Respond to ad hoc reporting and analysis requests from internal stakeholders and network teams</li> </ul> </div> <p><strong>Skills &amp; experience :</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>3+ years of experience in finance (audit, FP&amp;A, or controlling)</strong></li> <li>Big Four and Corporate Accounting experience preferred</li> <li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>Strong analytical skills and commercial mindset</strong></li> <li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>Advanced Excel skills</strong></li> <li>Comfortable working with data and financial modelling</li> <li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills</strong></li> <li>Experience in project-based environments is a plus</li> <li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>Fluent in Spanish and English</strong></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-teams="true"><em>Omnicom Health is committed to hiring and developing exceptional talent.
