This individual will serve as a trusted advisor, expert witness, and market-facing leader who can help elevate Frazier & Deeter's presence in the litigation and forensic accounting marketplace.</div> </div> <p><strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134245418":true,"134245529":true,"201341983":0,"335559738":240,"335559739":120,"335559740":240}"><span class="TextRun SCXW232047703 BCX0" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW232047703 BCX0">Duties & Responsibilities:</span></span></span></strong></p> <ul> <li> <div class="x_elementToProof" data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Lead and grow the firm's Marital Dissolution Litigation Support & Forensic Advisory practice, with a focus on expanding revenue, market presence, and service offerings.</div> </li> <li>Develop and maintain relationships with attorneys, law firms, private clients, referral sources, and centers of influence to drive new business opportunities.</li> <li>Manage financial analyses related to divorce and matrimonial matters, including marital balance sheets, income analyses, business valuations, tracing of separate property, and support calculations.</li> <li>Provide expert witness testimony, deposition support, mediation assistance, and trial preparation.</li> <li>Identify emerging market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the firm's litigation and forensic services capabilities.</li> <li>Collaborate with Partners and leadership across Tax, Advisory, Wealth, and Family Office services to provide integrated client solutions.</li> <li>Lead engagement economics, resource planning, staffing, and profitability management.</li> <li>Mentor, coach, and develop a team of litigation support, valuation, and forensic professionals.</li> <li>Review and approve reports, expert findings, and client deliverables to ensure technical excellence and high-quality client service.</li> <li>Represent the firm through speaking engagements, professional organizations, industry events, and thought leadership initiatives.</li> <li>Champion innovation and process improvements that enhance client service, practice efficiency, and scalability.</li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134245418":true,"134245529":true,"201341983":0,"335559738":240,"335559739":120,"335559740":240}">Education & Experience: </span></strong></p> <ul> <li data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field required.</li> <li>CPA required.</li> <li>Advanced credentials such as ABV, CVA, CFF, CFE, ASA, CFA, or equivalent highly preferred.</li> <li> <div class="x_elementToProof">8+ years of experience in litigation support, forensic accounting, business valuation, or dispute advisory services.</div> </li> <li> <div class="x_elementToProof">Demonstrated success leading and growing a marital dissolution litigation support practice</div> </li> <li>Significant experience serving as an expert witness and preparing expert reports.</li> <li>Established network of attorney, family law, business litigation, and referral relationships.</li> <li>Proven track record of business development, practice growth, and revenue generation.</li> <li>Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing professional teams.</li> <li>Strong executive presence and ability to communicate complex financial concepts to clients, attorneys, judges, and juries.</li> <li>Exceptional analytical, presentation, and relationship management skills.</li> </ul> <p><span data-ccp-props="{"134245418":true,"134245529":true,"201341983":0,"335559738":240,"335559739":120,"335559740":240}"><span data-teams="true">#LI - hybrid</span></span></p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>Salary Range</p></div><div class="title">Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$150,000</span><span class="divider">—</span><span>$180,000 USD</span></div></div></div>
