We make technology invisible,&nbsp; seamlessly integrated into everyday workflows — and this contract role will help manage day-to-day IT systems and processes, from onboarding/offboarding to Tier 1 support.</p> <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">What your impact will be</span></strong></p> <p>In your first year, you will:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Improve IT support:</strong> Tier 1 &amp; Tier 2 ticket resolution and monitor Jira/Slack IT channels for timely support</li> <li><strong>Enhancing global onboarding:</strong> manage laptop provisioning/de-provisioning (Mac &amp; Windows) through our third-party partner</li> <li><strong>Supporting onboarding/offboarding:</strong> run global processes and deliver IT training to employees</li> <li><strong>Securing access:</strong> administer identity providers (Google Workspace, Okta)</li> <li><strong>Building scalable processes:</strong> document best practices and grow the IT Knowledge Base</li> </ul> <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">What we look for in this role</span></strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years in IT, including 2+ years implementing IT management software</li> <li>Proven ability to independently to execute IT operations end-to-end in a small, fast-paced environment (150–300 employees)</li> <li>Advanced expertise with MacOS, Windows, Microsoft Intune, JAMF, SAML/SSO, SCIM provisioning, SPF/DKIM, VPNs, and Azure/MSFT ADFS</li> <li>Security-first mindset with a strong bias toward reliability and edge-case thinking</li> <li>Proactive process improver who documents and future-proofs IT systems</li> <li>Strong communicator who partners well across teams</li> </ul> <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">What we value</span></strong></p> <ul> <li>We value a growth mindset.
