This role is responsible for driving complex, multi-stream initiatives spanning CRM, billing, order management, and customer experience platforms, ensuring seamless integration across the telecom ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring strong telecom domain expertise, proven program delivery experience, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage E2E BSS transformation programs from strategy through execution and delivery</li> <li>Define program roadmap, scope, milestones, and success criteria aligned with business objectives</li> <li>Manage interdependencies across systems and ensure seamless E2E integration</li> <li>Drive Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models as appropriate</li> <li>Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders (CxO level, business heads, vendors)</li> <li>Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and executive updates</li> <li>Align program outcomes with business KPIs such as revenue growth, churn reduction, and customer experience\</li> <li>Drive organizational change, adoption, and business readiness</li> <li>Ensure smooth transition from legacy systems to modern BSS platforms</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills and Experience </strong></p> <ul> <li>10–15+ years of experience in telecom/IT, with at least 5+ years in program management</li> <li>Proven track record delivering<strong> </strong>large-scale BSS transformation programs in telecom</li> <li>Strong understanding of telecom architectures, including OSS/BSS ecosystems</li> <li>Experience with leading BSS platforms (e.g., Amdocs, Netcracker, Ericsson, Oracle, etc.)</li> <li>Expertise in program management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile frameworks)</li> <li>Strong leadership and decision-making skills</li> <li>Excellent stakeholder and communication skills</li> <li>Deep understanding of telecom business processes (order-to-cash, trouble-to-resolve)</li> <li>Ability to travel</li> <li>Fluent in Japanese</li> </ul> <p><strong>Education</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or related field<strong><br></strong></li> </ul> <p>#LI-RC2</p>
