Our core values are integral to the success and growth of FNS.</p> <p>To Discover more, please visit our website at http://www.fnsusa.com</p></div><p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Location:&nbsp;</strong>Duluth, GA or Los Angeles, CA</p> <p><strong>Position Summary</strong><br>The Sr. W&amp;D Biz Development Manager will establish and lead the newly formed W&amp;D Business Development Team under the W&amp;D Strategy &amp; Planning Office. This role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, structuring, and launching new business opportunities across Warehousing &amp; Distribution (W&amp;D), including 3PL/4PL, automation-driven logistics solutions, cross-border operations, and strategic partnerships.<br>This is a high-impact leadership role requiring end-to-end ownership from strategy development to execution and launch.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute mid-to-long term W&amp;D growth strategy and business portfolio roadmap</li> <li>Identify and develop new business models (3PL/4PL, automation, fulfillment, cross-border logistics, etc.)</li> <li>Lead feasibility studies including financial modeling (P&amp;L, IRR, NPV, CAPEX analysis)</li> <li>Structure and negotiate strategic partnerships, JVs, and potential M&amp;A opportunities</li> <li>Lead RFP strategy for large-scale logistics opportunities</li> <li>Drive cross-functional collaboration (Operations, Finance, IT, Sales)</li> <li>Prepare executive-level presentations and investment proposals</li> <li>Business launch and initial operational stabilization</li> <li>Build and manage the W&amp;D Business Development team</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>10+ years of experience in logistics, SCM, strategy, consulting, corporate development, or investment banking</li> <li>Strong understanding of W&amp;D/3PL business models and cost structures</li> <li>Proven financial modeling and business case development skills</li> <li>Experience in leading large, cross-functional strategic initiatives</li> <li>Strong executive communication and negotiation skills</li> <li>Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment</li> <li>Professional proficiency in English and Korean</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong><em>Benefits (Full-Time ONLY)</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Health, Dental, and Vision PPO Insurance</li> <li>Life, STD, LTD Insurance</li> <li>401(K) Plan</li> <li>Paid Time Off</li> <li>Additional Paid time off (Bereavement, Wedding, Birth of a Child, etc.)</li> <li>Years of Service Awards</li> <li>Education Assistant Program (Based on Eligibility)</li> </ul> <p>If you are a California resident, California law may provide you with additional rights regarding our use of your personal information.
