This role requires excellent leadership, problem solving, and communication skills.&nbsp;<br><br><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Plan and lead the development of use cases for our humanoid robots.</li> <li>Build and execute operations and test plans for various types of deployments.</li> <li>Drive product &amp; feature development and testing based on use case roadmaps and field feedback.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree.</li> <li>3-6 years of work experience.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.</li> <li>Experience defining team strategy and multiyear growth plan.</li> <li>Excellent judgment, team leadership, and execution in high-pressure situations.</li> <li>Ability to own workflows and drive progress autonomously.</li> <li>Customer-facing experience.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with automation/robotics integration and deployment, e-commerce operations, technical or engineering consulting, and/or technical program management.</li> <li>Experience with onsite, hands-on new technology development, testing, and iterative improvement.</li> </ul> <p>The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $170,000 - $220,000 annually.</p> <p>The pay offered for this position may vary based on several individual factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may also include additional components/benefits depending on the specific role. This information will be shared if an employment offer is extended.</p>
