<p><strong>Speech Therapist (Clinical Fellows welcome to apply)</strong></p>

<p><strong>Location:</strong> Center Based- Hawthorne, NY</p>
<p><strong>Status: </strong>Full-Time</p>
<p><strong>Hours: </strong>Monday-Friday, 8:30a-4:00p</p>
<p><strong>Compensation: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Clinical Fellow: $60,000-$75,000</li>
<li>Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist: $70,000-$80,000</li>
</ul>
<p>**Please note this is an average. Rates are determined by the service provided, professional experience and license/certifications held. In addition the position posted may be either full-time or fee-for-service (FFS), depending on the current caseload which will be discussed during the interview. This arrangement can vary and is subject to change.**</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for your caseload.</li>
<li>Administer and create speech and language evaluations.</li>
<li>Ongoing communication and collaboration with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and Special Educators specifically related to overall language and functional communication.</li>
<li>Oversight of student’s Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices.</li>
<li>Utilize students’ behavior management strategies and behavior intervention plans during sessions.</li>
<li>Maintain professionalism with families, school districts, and other professionals.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.</li>
<li>Create and maintain schedule.</li>
<li>Collect data on each IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly.</li>
<li>Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.</li>

<li>Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist </li>
<li>NYSED Certifications: TSSLD or TSHH</li>
<li>Clinical Fellows must have a NYSED TSSLD certification</li>
<li>Experience working with students with autism preferred.</li>
<li>Experience programming Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) Devices</li>
<li>Bilingual is a plus.</li>
</ul>
