About the Role

The Gracent Scholarship Program supports our clinician’s educational and professional aspirations by providing financial assistance ranging from $1,000 to $2,500 per academic year for accredited academic programs, courses, and certifications. Through this program, we aim to foster professional development, enhance skills, and promote lifelong learning among our team members. Eligibility Requirements  <ul> <li>Be a full-time employee of Gracent with a minimum of one year of continuous service prior to applying, </li> <li>Hold a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (documentation proving GPA is required), </li> <li>Be in good standing in your current role including having performance review ratings on average of 3.0 or higher, </li> <li>Be currently enrolled in an accredited master's or PhD degree program, related to obtaining licensure as a BCBA, OT, PT, SLP, NP, LCPC, or LCSW. </li> <li>Be able to provide at least 2 professional and 2 educational data-aria-level="1">Employees who voluntarily leave Gracent within one year of receiving the scholarship award will be required to repay a portion (or full amount) of the award. <ul> <li><6 months of employment after receiving award – Employee will be required to pay back the full scholarship award.  </li> <li>>6 months of employment after receiving award – Employee will be required to pay back a prorated scholarship award.   </li> <li>1+ year of employment after receiving award – Employee will not be required to repay the award.  </li> </ul> </li> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol"
