This role is ideal for someone early in their HR or TA career who is organised, detail-oriented, and energised by working in a fast-moving, people-focused environment. You will be the operational support behind our hiring activity — keeping the candidate pipeline moving, scheduling interviews, maintaining our ATS, and ensuring every candidate has a great experience from first contact to offer.</p> <p>This is an day shift role (09h00 – 18h00 SAST), primarily supporting EMEA and early AMS hiring activity.&nbsp;You will work closely with TA partners and hiring managers during core business hours, ensuring strong coverage across European and morning Americas time zones.</p> <p>This is a 8 month fixed term contract position.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you will do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Create and post job requisitions in Greenhouse, ensuring all approvals and details are in place</li> <li>Schedule interviews across all stages, managing calendars and coordinating across global time zones</li> <li>Send candidate communications including confirmations, reminders, and joining instructions</li> <li>Maintain and update canned response templates in Greenhouse for candidate-facing messaging</li> <li>Provide AMS and APJ coverage for TA queries and ensure a seamless handover with the broader HRSS team</li> <li>Support the TA team with ad hoc projects, process improvements, and reporting as needed</li> <li>Manage day-to-day ATS (Greenhouse) hygiene — updating pipeline stages, dispositioning candidates, and keeping records accurate</li> <li>Screen incoming CVs against role requirements and flag shortlisted candidates for recruiter review</li> <li>Source candidates via LinkedIn and job boards to build active pipelines</li> <li>Support the TA team with ad hoc projects, process improvements, and reporting as needed</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you will have</strong></p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in a recruitment or in a TA coordination role in a global or multi-region hiring environments (preferred)</li> <li>Passionate about Talent administration</li> <li>Familiarity with an ATS — Greenhouse experience is a plus</li> <li>Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail</li> <li>Clear, professional written communication</li> <li>Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities in a busy team</li> <li>A collaborative, team-first attitude</li> <li>Ability to work the 09:00 – 18:00 SAST (Monday – Friday) shift reliably, including handover responsibilities</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Tool Experience: LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse Recruit and Onboarding, ADP, JIRA, Hire Right(advantageous)</li> <li>Exposure to global or multi-region hiring environments</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provident Fund</li> <li>Medical Aid + Gap Cover</li> <li>Employee Assistance Program</li> <li>Gym Reimbursement</li> <li>Life Insurance</li> <li>Disability Insurance</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
